Call or email us and we will ask you a series of easy questions to better determine the next step. Each situation is unique and we want to be sure we fully understand the situation and needs. Then we will schedule a no-cost consultation to visit the home or business.

Every customer is unique and every situation is different. We work on a percentage basis and there are no additional hidden costs associated with the estate sale.

We encourage charitable donations, but we suggest to wait until after the estate sale to donate any items. 

Our staff will do a walk through the home to determine the best traffic flow for customers to browse and purchase. We most likely will arrange furniture and accessories to increase interest. We will then price each item for the sale. 

Yes. In order to be competitive and to ensure a successful estate sale, we price items fairly and consider all fair offers. We will never give anything away.

It is best but in certain cases we make exceptions and conduct a sale with certain items blocked off in a room. Oversized items that you wish to keep but cannot move prior to the estate sale are not an issue, but it's the smaller items we tend to worry about. We do not want to accidentally sale something that you wish to keep. 

We will advertise on estatesales.net and we will also advertise on social media websites. 

We can sell just about anything. Furniture, high-end accessories, art, jewelry, home decor, outdoor items,  and vintage items.
